FxPM Errors, Bugs, Or Compatibility Issues

99% of all errors encountered with the FxPM Software are solved by 1 of the following 4 steps.

 

----------------------------------------------- STEP 1 ---------------------------------------------------

Let's make sure you have the latest version of FxPM 2.0 Installed.

If you can open your platform, then go to the following menu [ Help > About FxPM }

In the lower left-hand corner, you will see a version number.

Make sure that is the same as our current version here - FxPM Latest Version

If not, please download and install the latest FxPM 2.0 version and see if the problem continues.

The problem could also be a Windows .Net Framework Error which is a simple upgrade.

You can get the latest version here

 

----------------------------------------------- STEP 3 ---------------------------------------------------

 

If you are running Windows 10, you may try updating to the latest version.

If you have tried all the steps above, then it may be a display setting that is causing the error.

1) What Windows Version are you running?

2) Is there security Software? If so, what brand?

3) Describe the symptoms in detail.

4) Best email and phone number to be reached?
